テネシーリバー水系の景色を特徴づけるのが、この原子力発電所群。
最初見た時は、海から何千kmも離れた内陸に！？と驚きましたが・・・。
これを十分冷やせるだけの安定した巨大な水量が、この川にある事を示しています。
水力発電と合わせ、この流域は一大電力生産地帯に。
安い地価や労働力とも相まって、内外の企業が進出してきています。
（日本だとトヨタやマツダを始め、東レやダイキン等本当に色々ある）
しかしこのツボみたいな形、日本のとちょっと違うのはナゼなんでしょうね。。。

These nuclear power plants characterizes the landscape of the Tennessee River system.
When I first saw them, I was surprised to see them thousands of miles inland from the ocean!
The river has a huge and stable water supply that can sufficiently cool the plants.
Combined with hydroelectric power generation, this region has become a major electric power production area.
Combined with cheap land prices and taxes, companies from Japan and abroad are moving into the area.
(In Japan, Toyota, Mazda, Toray, Daikin, and many other companies are moving into the area.)
But why is the shape of this jar a little different from the one in Japan?
