難易度が上がったと言われる琵琶湖でも、激しく釣りまくっているプロガイドのにっしぃ。
コメントにあった重要なヒントは、「サイドスキャンでバスを探す」というところではないでしょうか。
今や猫も杓子もライブスコープの時代ですが、FFSは決して万能じゃない。
“(特にボトム付近の)群れを素早くサーチする”という面では、今もサイドがベストな手段だと思います。
そしてだからこそ私は、サイド用にハミンバードを併用し続けています。
(出来ればガーミンに統一してしまいたいのですが)

Nisshii, a professional fishing guide has caught numerous big bass even in Lake Biwa, which is said to have become more difficult.
I think the important tip in his comment was “Look for bass with side imaging”.
I think Live Sonar is by no means an all-purpose.
In terms of “quickly searching a schooling fish (especially near the bottom),” I still think the side imaging is the best way to go.
And that is why I keep using Humminbird for side.
(Though I would like to unify with Garmin if possible)
