右手首の故障、内服で改善はしたのですが、イマイチなので整形再診。
ステロイド注射をしてもらい、驚くほど劇的に効きました！
ただし経験者が口を揃えるのは、”初回は効くけど再発する”
今しばらくの安静と、負担軽減策を進めます・・・。

My right wrist injury is getting better with medication, but I went back to the doctor since it’s still not 100%.
The steroid injection worked dramatically, but I’ve heard it could recur.
So I’ll rest it more and find ways to reduce the load on it.
