いよいよ満を持して登場した、ミンコタの新型ウルトレックス”クエスト”。
ブラシレス化が最大の特徴で、それによるハイパワー化や静音性、低消費電力も魅力ですが・・・。
個人的には「ライブスコープのノイズが低減する」という要素に、最も期待を寄せています。
（実際ロランス・ゴーストやガーミン・フォースの方が映りが良いらしい）
ただしネックは$4000前後と言う価格で、日本の売り出し価格は80万円近くになってしまうかも！？
新設計されたマウントはさらに頑丈になっているようですが、旧モデルとの互換性がないであろう点にも注意が必要ですね。
（ペラも同様）
後は重さも気になるところで、だいぶボートのスピードに影響するんですよね。。。
（軽いのはモーターガイドのツアープロとパワーポールのムーブらしい）

Minn Kota new Ultrex “Quest” has finally made its debut.
The brushless motor is the main feature of this new model, and its high power, quietness, and low power consumption are also attractive.
But I am most interested in the “reduced live scope noise” factor.
(In fact, I’ve heard that the Lowrance Ghost and Garmin Force make clearer view)
The bottleneck, however, is the price, which is around $4000!
The newly designed mount seems to be even sturdier, but it is also important to note that it would not be compatible with the older models.
(Same goes for the prop.)
The weight is also a concern, as it affects the speed of the boat. (I heard Motorguide Tour Pro and Powerpole Move are lighter)
