日本から持って来たロッドが折れて、現地調達したバークレイの安いMLのスピニング。
(確か$50)
もっちりした感じのブランクで悪くないのですが、とにかくティップの個体差がすごかった！
バスプロショップスで触り比べたのですが、同じモデルでも全部違う（爆）
一本は完全にLクラスのペナペナ具合で、ミドストにばっちりだなと思って買っちゃいましたwww
まあこれは検品の甘い安竿なので、かなり極端な違いが出ているのでしょうが・・・。
そもそもロッドというのは一本ごとに、ある程度の個体差が避けられない製品なのではないかと感じています。
ベリー～バットセクションはまだしも、特にティップ感は日本メーカーでも結構差があるなと感じます。
使っているうちにフィーリングが変化しますし、ロッドは生モノ、ってことですかね。
なので本当を言えば、お店で現物を曲げて選びたいところです。

[“Individual Difference” of fishing Rods]
The rod I brought from Japan broke, so I bought a cheap Berkley ML spinning rod.
The blank was not so bad, but the individual difference of the tip section was too much!
I touched and compared them at Bass Pro Shops and they were all different, even the same model.
I felt one of them was a completely UL-L class soft tip!
I think that rods are the products in which individual differences are inevitable.
There should be no big difference in the belly to butt section, but I feel that there is a lot of difference, especially in the tip seciton.
The feeling of the rod changes as you use it, and I guess that means the rod is like a living thing.
So, to tell the truth, I would prefer to bend the actual rod at a store before making a choice.
