One of the most successful spinnerbaits is Jason Christie’s “Covert” (Booyah).
It features Hildebrandt blades and a unique head design that makes it swim straight.
But I think the biggest feature might be its thin bronze wire.

航空宇宙素材にも用いられる特殊な17-7ステンレスを、析出硬化で硬く焼き入れ。
メッキさえ排するという徹底ぶりで、細軸・高硬度のワイヤーを実現しています。
これによりブレードの振動が非常によく伝わり、ヘッドにハイピッチなバイブレーションが生じます。

It is made of special 17-7 stainless steel that is hardened through precipitation hardening.
It achieves a thin yet high-hardness wire by eliminating even the plating.
This transmits the vibration of the blade to the head and creates high-pitch vibration. 

ヘッドシェイクの質がスピナーベイトの肝だという点は広く知られていますが、この周波数はクリスティ家に代々伝わるセッティングだそうで・・・。
何にせよ先日のエリート第4戦でも優勝した、今も現役で”勝てるスピナーベイト”であることは間違いないと思います。
