しかしバンタムって、ラインキャパ多過ぎで軽いルアーが投げにくいじゃないという意見もあるかと思いますが・・・。
ベストな糸巻量って、永遠に答えの出ない問題だと思います。

浜でヘビキャロ遠投する人には少ないかもしれないし、私のようにロングリーダーPEを使うなら70番すら深過ぎる。
それに技術は日々進歩していますが、結局キャスタビリティを大きく左右するのはラインの重量なんですよね・・・。

だから重要なのは、その人にとって「必要最小限のラインキャパシティのスプールを選ぶ」こと。
もうスプールは最新かどうかよりも、アングラーのスタイルに最適かどうかの方が大切なのではないでしょうか。。。

Though some guys might say that Bantam(Shimano) has too much line capacity and making it difficult to cast lightweight lures,I think the best amount of line capacity is a problem that will never be solved.
Because it might be too little for anglers who cast heavy rigs for long distance,on the other hand, it would be too much for anglers who prefer thin braided lines like me.
Besides, technology is advancing day by day, but in the end, it is the weight of the line that greatly affects castability.

So I think the most important thing is to “choose a spool with the minimum line capacity necessary” for the angler.
It is not important whether the spool is the latest or not, but whether it is the most suitable for the angler’s style or not.
