熱や頭痛に悩まされた時、アメリカでとりあえず頼る市販薬が「タイレノール」。
いわゆる解熱鎮痛薬(アセトアミノフェン)ですが、こちらは病院代がべらぼうに高いので、これで凌ぐのが一般的です。
つまりは体調が悪いわけですが(苦笑)、これ飲んで何とか頑張ってきます！！

When suffering from fever or headache, Tylenol is the over-the-counter medicine.
It is a acetaminophen, since the hospital fee is absurdly high here, it is common to use this to get by.
In other words, I’m not feeling well (lol), but I’m going to take this and do my best somehow!
