I’ve become convinced of the power of the lure sound over the last few years.
Even in muddy water, bass can detect a bait by its sound.
So I prefer adding rattles to my rubber jigs these days.
I”ve come to realize this by watching bass behavior on the Livescope so many times.
While a loud sound can attract more attention, whether the bass actually bites is another story.
Sometimes they hate lure sound, so I think we have to adjust to the situation.
