アメリカでは、結構メジャーなジャンルのメキシコ料理。
特にここテキサスでは、テキサス風メキシカンというか意味で”テキシカン”などとも呼ばれるそうです。
これはファヒータという、トルティーヤで包んで食べる肉料理。
かなり美味しいのですが、ぶっちゃけ量(と値段w)は半分にして欲しいです…

Especially here in Texas, it is also called “Texican,” meaning Texas-style Mexican.
This is a meat dish called “fajitas,” which is served wrapped in tortillas.
It is quite tasty, but frankly speaking, I wish the quantity (and price) could be cut in half…lol
